Central Athletic Association of the Deaf (CAAD) to promote and improve athletic for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing adult throughout its region in accordance with standards and under the rules and regulations prescribed by National Level Sports.    About Central Athletic Association of the Deaf Central Athletic Association of the Deaf (CAAD) to promote and improve athletic for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing adult throughout its region in accordance with standards and under the rules and regulations prescribed by National Level Sports.    The mission of CAAD is to provide Deaf and Hard of Hearing to participate the sports at the recreational and national level in Deaf Friendly environments and to develop their athletic skills in their peers. CAAD wants the Deaf and Hard of Hearing athletes be given a great opportunity to learn the skills necessary to be a success in a given sport and to experience the benefits aspects of completing with others, and grow in their understanding of teamwork.  CAAD to sponsor the Championship and Runner Up teams to represent CAAD in both annual National Deaf Basketball Organization (NDBO) and the United States Association of the Deaf Basketball (USADB). The mission of CAAD is to provide Deaf and Hard of Hearing to participate the sports at the recreational and national level in Deaf Friendly environments and to develop their athletic skills in their peers.
